Tim and Mason came out for two fixes. They were polite, communicative, and efficient. They did great work and before they left they gave me several tips on how to avoid issues in the future. The cost was very reasonable. I will use them again.

Oliver and Daryl serviced my tankless water heater and; removed the commode tank and unhooked my water for a bathroom remodel. Incredible. Last company to flush the tankless water heater charged me $1,000. Profetick $400. Reputable! Honest! Great work! I’ll be calling them again.

We knew that a good plumber wouldn’t be cheap, but what we discovered is that a great plumber won’t waste your time. After much online research, we booked an appointment with PROfetick. It was an easy process, and the lady who answered the phone (both times) was friendly and full of answers. Oliver visited our home to address a variety of issues and he diagnosed the main problem within two minutes, while also doing minor repairs along the way. We booked an appointment for the next day to have a much-needed water heater replacement, all at a price that didn’t have any sticker shock. He was done in less than two hours. We highly recommend PROfetick.

I had a great experience with this company from the very beginning! The lady I spoke on the phone with was so helpful and kind. I told her I would be getting the necessary parts and needed someone to install them. She graciously advised me on what to get!! She was very helpful!! Oliver was the technician who installed my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. He was very professional and helpful! I would consider him an asset to the company. I would definitely use PROfetic plumbing again and will recommend them!

GREAT service from Trish, Oliver and Darryl. Oliver and Darryl arrived on time and they were VERY respectful and professional. It took under 20min for them to remove the old and install the new bathroom faucet AND fix the mess I made when I tried to fix the dripping pipe under the sink. I have been a satisfied customer for 19+ years.
